Dear guests
We want you to feel at home throughout your stay. So that arrival and departure days don't turn into a rush, we have gathered below how everything works. You are welcome to read this before booking — and to ask us anything that is not clear.
🌿 Arrival day
1Check-in time — 14:00
Your bungalow will be ready for you from 14:00. An early check-in may be possible depending on that day's occupancy — please ask us in advance.
2Welcome
Our attendant will welcome you, show you around the bungalow and hand you the key in person. An attendant is on site 24 hours a day; if you will arrive late, simply let us know.
3ID documents
As required by Turkish law, we register the ID card or passport of every guest staying. Please have everyone's ID with you.
4Registration form
On arrival we complete a short accommodation registration form in the standard of SAVİBU, the Sapanca Villa & Bungalow Operators Association of which we are a member: ID details, vehicle plate, health declaration, emergency contact and a pool & jacuzzi safety undertaking. It takes a few minutes.
5Number of guests
The number of guests stated in the reservation cannot change during the stay, and additional guests or visitors cannot be accommodated. If your party changes, please let us know before booking.
6Remaining payment
You may pay the remaining balance on arrival in cash, by credit card (a 2% card fee applies) or by bank transfer.
7Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected on arrival and returned if no damage is found at checkout. The amount is confirmed when you book.
8Pool and jacuzzi
Your pool and jacuzzi are ready to use when you arrive; the temperature settings are ours to handle (the pool is 31°C in winter and 29°C in summer).
9Breakfast
Breakfast is optional, costs 300 TL per person per day and is arranged at the time of booking. If you change your mind, letting us know one day in advance is enough.
10Smoking
We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the bungalow; you are welcome to smoke in the garden and on the verandas.
11Quiet hours
Please avoid loud music after 23:00 — out of consideration for the guests in our other bungalow and for our neighbours.
12Pets
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets on the property.
13Parking
Parking is free and within the property.
If anything is missing, broken or not to your liking, please tell us in the first hours so we can take care of it right away. We wish you a lovely stay.
🧳 Departure day
1Check-out time — 11:30
We kindly ask you to leave the bungalow by 11:30, as we prepare it for our next guests. A late checkout may be possible depending on that day's occupancy — please ask us in advance.
2Check your belongings
The loft, the wardrobe, the bathroom, chargers, the garden and the poolside… We suggest one final walk-through before you go.
3Kitchen
Simply wash the dishes you used and put them back. Please do not leave any food or drinks in the fridge.
4Rubbish
Please tie up the rubbish bags and leave them in the waste area in front of the garden gate.
5Fire safety — the most important one
Please make sure the fireplace, the barbecue and the fire pit are completely out. Do not handle the ashes yourself; we take care of the cleaning.
6Electricity and heating
Please turn off the stove, the air conditioning, the heating and the lights. Please do not adjust the pool and jacuzzi systems; those settings are ours to handle.
7Towels and linen
Leaving the used towels in the bathroom is enough; there is no need to gather anything else.
8Doors and windows
Please close all doors and windows.
9Key
Please hand the key to our attendant on departure. If you are leaving early in the morning or at night, simply leave it where our attendant has shown you.
10If something went wrong
If anything is broken, damaged or missing, please do not hesitate to tell us. Accidents happen; letting us know is all we ask.
11Let us know when you leave
A short WhatsApp message letting us know you have checked out is enough. An attendant is on site 24 hours a day.
If you leave something behind, just call us: we will keep it safe and can send it to you by courier (courier costs are covered by the guest).
